A revolving single-pulley truck with a machined aluminum pulley for longer wear, made to screw onto a 1-1/4" NPT threaded pole top. Turns on ball bearings and accepts a 1/2" threaded ornament. For poles with a 1-1/4" NPT threaded top fitting installed (or use a pole top adapter).
