A cap-style revolving truck for external halyard flagpoles with a 3" top. The cast aluminum truck slips over the top of the pole and locks down with stainless steel set screws, and its ball-bearing swivel lets the flag turn with the wind. A nylon pulley carries halyard up to 5/16", and the top takes a standard 1/2" threaded ornament.
