Return Policy

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee.

• Items must be unused, not installed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• The customer pays the shipping to send a return back to us.
• If an item arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days. We'll pay the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

Not returnable: used or installed items, and commercial flagpoles shipped by freight (these are special orders).

How to return: call (765) 562-8768, email info@offdutyflagpoles.com, or use the contact form before sending anything back. We'll give you the return address. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and check the item.
