A revolving truck with one nylon pulley that screws onto a 1-1/4" NPT threaded pole top. Ball bearings let it turn freely with the wind, and it takes a 1/2" threaded ornament. For poles with a 1-1/4" NPT threaded top fitting installed (or use a pole top adapter).
