From $207
A two-piece low-profile aluminum collar for a 2-1/2" flagpole that can be installed without removing the pole from its ground sleeve. Mounting tabs and screws underneath hold the halves together, so it is ideal for replacing a damaged collar or finishing off a pole that never had one.
