An internal halyard truck for cable-style internal halyard flagpoles, with a 7-1/2" base that fits a pole top up to 5". Cast aluminum with enclosed stainless steel bearings, so the top turns freely with the wind. It has a stainless bushing where the cable exits, and the top takes a standard 1/2" threaded ornament.
