Replacement stainless steel cable assembly for tall internal halyard flagpoles, with a swivel that keeps the lower cable from twisting as the truck turns. Choose your pole's exposed height. Some assembly is needed: the upper cable threads through the truck, and the end thimble and crimps come loose.
