A heavy-duty internal halyard winch for a 6" pole, .250 wall. It mounts inside the flagpole, so the cable stays hidden and the flag can't be lowered or tampered with without the removable handle. Insert the handle to raise or lower the flag; take it out and the winch locks in place. Handle sold separately.
