A locking cast aluminum box that covers the cleat on a flagpole 4"–12" in diameter, so nobody can untie the halyard and take down the flag. It mounts through the existing cleat holes and comes with a cylinder lock, stainless steel hinge pins and mounting screws. Works with a 9" cleat (not included).
