Battalion Chief 35' x 8" External Halyard
Our toughest external halyard flagpoles. Battalion Chief poles have extra-thick .250" walls and are rated for winds of 150+ mph with a flag flying, which makes them a top pick for coastal, open-country and high-wind sites. The rope runs on the outside of the pole. They come with a gold ball, a revolving truck, a flash collar, a galvanized foundation sleeve, and stainless steel snaps with covers. This model flies at 35' (38-1/2' overall, 2 sections), with a 8" base tapering to 3-1/2" and a 0.250" wall. It's rated for 150 MPH with a flag and 255 MPH without one. Suggested flag size: 6' x 10'. Every commercial pole is ground-set, cone-tapered aluminum, made in the USA, with a limited lifetime warranty on the shaft. Choose satin, clear anodized, dark bronze or black.
