From $54
A low-profile spun aluminum collar that sits at the base of an in-ground flagpole and covers the gap between the pole and the ground sleeve. Sized for a 6" pole with a 12" outside diameter, it gives the installation a clean, finished look and helps keep water and debris out of the sleeve.
