Sleeve Clamp Installation

  1. Remove the telescoping flagpole from the ground sleeve.
  2. Place the sleeve clamp over the top of the installed ground sleeve. The clamp must make full contact with the ground sleeve.
  3. Put the telescoping flagpole back in the ground sleeve.
  4. With the correct size wrench or socket, tighten the locknut on the sleeve clamp until the flagpole can't be pulled out of the ground sleeve by hand. Do not over-tighten.
